Berlin based label Space Teddy released five cuts by Japanese producer Susumu Yokota’s Ebi alias between 1994 – 1996. To say that Yokota was an important Japanese producer would be an understatement of sorts – always working in the shadows, he composed lot of albums under different aliases and styles. The deep space transmission of “Tsuru” and the cavernous deep tribalism of “Sou” are just some parts of this 2018 reissue of selected works from the period, and make up an inaugural release from Transmigration – they still sound fresh today. Fully licensed and remastered by Steffen Mueller for maximum enjoyment.
