The rise of a new Italian Techno artist is always a pleasure to witness and today SCI+TEC welcome a producer who we are certain is set for a bright future. Christian Montuori aka Refraction has already impressed with his first releases for Audio Elite and Amazing Records and caught the ear of SCI+TEC boss Dubfire who has been a supporter of his early work.
