Don’t be fooled by the sound of Native Rush debut EP for Neovinyl… as there is a cosmic connection between them and music, there is even a more important one between their sound and us… Both we care about music! Today we proudly present this new work titled “Feeling Fly”. Johann Brandes & Gunther Pursche founded Native Rush around 2010, bringing their enthusiasm for deep house music together. Since 2010 they have been releasing various EP’s. Their “Permanent Departure EP”, released in 2010 via 4Lux Black has probably been one their best ones and got quite some attention in those days. Coming back to this new work it may sound like a bit uncanny but there’s a sweet touch in this two tracker that makes you feel like reaching the sky… Unpredictably you will be stoked after messing around with some good deep and classics sounds, not to mention a trumpet in the titled track for good measure. This ep turns up the way the label shifts from style to style always keeping the heart of our principles. Following the quality of this release we have two outstanding remixes coming from the stablished producers Alland Byallo and the Hizou boss Satore. The american producer Alland (Bad Animal, Poker Flat) starts slow, but his remix morphs into a new deep groove track which keeping the soul of the original is ending up in a dub and maybe even a bit more sinister version. On the other hand we have our spanish buddy Satore (Hizou, Minuendo) who fortunately, has been delivering just another great track of such sensitive deep textures, it comes here enhanced by understated percussion patterns and the type of swallowing low end that only those who were around during deep house master can do.
