Silat prefers to keep his identity incognito (for the time being) to let 8th reality infiltrate our present with no influences of past productions. The history of music knows more artists walking down this road and just a few who have really made it. Let’s hope for Silat this try around is a successful one. 8th reality is taking Mulen towards more experimental territory. Silat Beksi is pushing the artistic envelop without being abstract, the sound is full of charisma and definitely working the crowd. Deep house influences edging with breaks and hip-house, when some roots go the Chicago scene back in the 90th. It is a fully captivating album worth a listen.
