UK’s Steve Cook has previously done stuff on Nein, Kodhu and Clouded Vision. “Space Case” is intergalactic nu-disco navigating through the cosmos assisted by some sweet 303 acid, we’re likin’ it! Duncan Gray’s remix gives it a good reshape with some live drums and cowbells and makes the riffs a bit gutsier! Second track “Wonderwheel” is a cute serving of space funk with more rich and compelling synth work that’s to be admired while Iron Blu’s dub remix is pure afterhours drugginess: trippy, minimal and one seriously mental bassline that works a treat.
