If you assumed that Weisemann belonged to the legion of cookie-cutter deep house producers from Germany, you’d be mistaken. On “Elution”, he delivers a dreamy, but individualistic take on modern house. Gentle, lullaby-like keys unfold over stripped back, low tempo beats. The whole thing has an ethereal feeling, floating in the air instead of plodding along.
