The russian scene’s most promising artist Igor Hodorenko aka Ri9or prove his expert songwriting skills again. He debuted on Stellar Fountain with the single called ‘When Frida Sings’ which gained worldwide support from well-known dj’s. As a follow up here’s Igor’s third studio LP ‘Dissolve In Your Eyes’, which is a long lasting journey through vocal infected, diverse electronica based on pure quality!’Lovely Girl’ put us into the right mood, with a nice male vocal surrounded by powerful background elements. ‘Plunging Into Top’ using the same formula, nice combination of female voice, spooky grooves and hypnotic melodies. ‘My Power’ was co-produced with Cream Sound, their sounds became a unique musical theme. ‘Look Left Right Breathe’ is the evidence, that Igor is not afraid to dig into different styles, this dubstep variation will show both faces of this kind of music. It starts and ends with liquid textures, but in the middle it switch to wobble mode. With ‘Large House Of Cards’ we get closer to the dancefloor, as it has an energetic melody progression. ‘You Don’t Know’ reminds us of the atmosphere of ‘Lovely Girl’, so calm and enthralling! ‘Night Train To The Sea’ has a hint of jazz inside, so beautiful how the vocal emerges from the deep vibes. ‘Dissolve In Your Eyes’ probably the best song in this album. It has soul, power and emotions! ‘Say Hello’ is a possible choon, everythings in the right place, vocals, beats and atmosphere fits perfectly. ‘Outro’ is a lazy, 4/4 rhythms based creation, spiced with acustic guitar and trumphets.
