The man with the most inexplicable moniker ever, Mr Given Raw, is back and he’s giving it tough. He normally supports KS French, but now he’s been given the entire spotlight and he’s making the most of it. The In Raw We Trust EP boasts four new sizzlers starting with “Wonderland Boogie Romance”, which slows the Earth, Wind And Fire masterpiece down to a more sedate pace for some stoner boogie action. Elsewhere we have the Loungey Latin disco strutter “Summer At Brasil”, the raw bass driven funk stomp-along “Soulfire” and the clavinet heavy P-Funk joint, “Oh Push”.
