Swiss DJ Mirco Caruso has slowly honed his craft on a variety of digital imprints in the last few years such as Southpark Records, Old School Department and Haus22. But it seems he’s really about to hit the big time now if this release on Audiojack’s highly lauded Gruuv imprint is anything to go by. Title track “Right Here” will hit you right between the eyes with maximum impact, right after the massive, druggy drop, of course. The funky peak time tech-house for heaving Ibiza dancefloors continues on “Metro Mode” (featuring another massive drop that’s too good to put into words) and finally “Boxx” is bumping, rolling and jacking enough to transition to or from the peak time, complete with subtle dub stabs and pitch shifted vocals.
