Joshua Harvey is Herve and he’s back on Brighton institution Skint with the Hallucinated Surf LP. The first single taken from the album is “Bang The Drum” a wicked serving of jacking, funky, sleazy bass driven tech house. It now gets the remix treatment; first by Glasgow’s KC Lights with a hands in the air early ’90s house rendition on offer which is impressive. While Boomclack’s take is on the epic, soulful house vibe: much in the vein of classics like “Blackwater” or “Full Clip”.. This is a huge tune!
