Delroy Edwards, DJ Nigga Fox, Shed, and black midi remix tracks from the ‘Juice B’ album by Warp’s resident math rockers

The clear highlight is DJ Nigga Fox’s spooked out twyst on ‘Carnaval Supremo,’ following the inimitable lines of last year’s outstanding debut LP with a sort of fast kuduro stepper recalling deepest Detroit hi-tek jazz or early Autechre sped-up, while the album’s title tune is screwed to a sludgy ‘80s industrial tape groove, with added rooster noises, by Delroy Edwards on a wigged-out one, Shed slices ‘IZM’ into a needlepoint R&B rhythm, and black midi’s DJ Dairy & DJ Orient turn ’Sterling Bridge’ into a pitching IDM epic with a proper chufty crescendo.
