5. Justabit – Crossroad (Original mix) ( 6:17)

ZTGST Music return with their second chapter of “FORBIDDEN FREAKS”, another V.A. stuffed with mysterious guys that stands out with different music styles.
The five tracks that are part of this first step, have a different story in line with the real one life of those who have designed.
Castiel, open the show with a deeply garage tune characterized by an actual imprint; Howlin’ Drums show us a perfect warmly & raw shit with a dark pad and basically groove around; Ruff Degan come back and move his head at the end of the nineties, to catapulting us into some cold & spacey atmosphere with his “Between Myself”; The young and worthy Foolishman make a pure dubby & raw dancefloor tune called “Dream Machine”, with dark & moogey flava.. so for the second time on board, the youngers Justabit duo drop an electronic stuffs named “Crossroad”, a with the same dreamy & frenchy imprint and melancholic atmosphere that characterize them.

1. A Way With Her ( 5:42)
2. Cold Summer Nights ( 5:52)
3. Get Up ( 6:44)
4. Organ House ( 7:06)

As a sure sign of the times we live in, the Doge imprint comes to your turntable as a product of an internet phenomenon that few could aptly explain. Either way, the people behind the meme-inspired release know a good branding ploy when they see one, and so their deep house productions are enjoying a surge of exposure, and rightly so. “Organ House” can’t fail to inspire toe-tapping, head-grooving satisfaction from all who hear it, although from there onwards things get deeper as “Cold Summer Nights” heads into strung out jazzy minimalisms and “Get Up” rides a lazy swing and tempered acid line to a blissed out end result. “A Way With Her” is a touch more forthright with its pronounced drum patterns, although the emphasis is still on dreamy synth work to soothe the mind.
