Liem & Eddie Ness’ “Space Drum Meditation” is a slow-motion jump down the rabbit hole: Almost 1.5 hrs of new material by the duo, over two sides of tape.
All the tracks on the tape share the same DNA: Recorded in numerous late-night sessions throughout last years hot summer, the tracks were made on the same stock of drum machines and synths, in the same raw studio – no fan, just darts and Apfelschorle-Flaschenmische. They seamlessly weave into each other – rising, descending and blending into one.
