AK Beatz studio co-founder Logik Lee has been providing us with tasty re-edits on his Burnout label since the beginning of 2014. While most of these EPs have been rather expansive in nature, this release is an altogether different beast. The track’s title, “How Do I Feel”, is something of a giveaway to its’ obvious inspiration. Yes, it’s a version of New Order classic “Blue Monday”. It is either a straight cover – some of the synth lines are slightly different to the original, though very similar sounding – or a pitched-down re-edit. Either way, it will be familiar to dancefloors, is notably heavier at the bottom end than the original, and is guaranteed to get a positive reaction.
