The Lobster Theremin white label debuts yet another young producer in the shape of the Leeds-based Hedge Maze. With a tightly crafted, hazy, blissed-out house sound these three tracks have been culled from the muggy undergrowth of his northern harddrive.

Untitled is a chattering roller, smothered with a throbbing, wavy bassline and ending in a fuzzy, chord-soaked crescendo, while the slow, drudging rhythms of Dysania give a heavy nod to some of Lowtec’s down tempo numbers for the label.

The release is rounded out with the glistening, black-sun shower of (slow). All delay-drenched crystal stabs and oscillating soundscapes. A floating, ethereal trip into the afterlife.
