Modebaku brings some top draw minimalism to this new EP on the still relatively young but already assured Alter Hour label. IT kick off with a nice and bumping grover that’s run through with melancholic pads and plenty of wispy little details that bring it to life. ‘Code 002″‘ is another seven minute session with dubby undercurrents and loopy synth that smelt the mind. On the flip-side it gets a remix from the one and only Ion Ludwig who adds a little extra drive and bite, but also some fine and balmy pads.
