Tasteful Nudes, the Argot off-shoot with what is probably the best name in the underground music network, has been reserved by Steve Mizek for the more low-key artists that he’s come across. As such, Mizek has called upon Janis – an unknown house aficionado – to deliver the seventh instalment of the series. “You Can’t See Me” is a scorching house gem with rickety sample percussion while on the flip, “Tender Love” is a chord-heavy-slo-mo monster, and “Es Neschestle” winds everything down to that sort of swamped-out groove for the smallest of hours.
